christina really ensured the room looked perfect for my wedding night. my wife adored it. christina gave us an unexpected room upgrade and the staff arranged a late checkout since we arrived late. the staff were very friendly!
I found a slight issue. There were a few scuffs on the furniture.

the housekeeping team responded quickly when there was a need for new bedlinen!!! the breakfast was seriously high quality!!! i give it 10/10!!! mara at reception resolved requests fast, which i really appreciated.
I found that communication between departments was lacking. The front desk and hotel manager didn't know about my spa treatments prepayment.

the staff was helpful on arrival. i was able to check in a bit earlier than the official time. the reception area, restrooms, and hallways were all impeccably clean and featured a cool, modern design.
The food menus had limited options. After a few days, the choices became repetitive. breakfast was great but offered the same items daily. i wished there was more variety .

The bed was comfortable enough, I suppose.
The shower situation was ridiculous. There was this huge step to get in, I almost broke a leg. The soap dispensers looked like they came from a cheap motel. Honestly, the whole place felt pretty worn, not what I expected for the money.

sudden alarm testconstant drilling noise
I WAS disappointed . there was an alarm test without any notice. my partner and I were resting when the alarms suddenly went off. It startled us. the engineering work happened on the fourth floor, causing loud noise. throughout our time in the room, we were subjected to constant drilling noise. it made it IMPOSSIBLE to relax.
